COAST warranties its COAST knives, tools, COAST LED Flashlights/Headlamps and ZITHION-X AA/AAA Batteries to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Non-ZXAA or ZXAAA Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) is not included in the guarantee.

Go packable, go powerful. The COAST HP8R, a true prodigy in our HP series of rechargeable flashlights, is just over 6 inches long but puts commanding light control at your fingertips. PURE BEAM® optical technology joins forces with our patented SLIDE FOCUS® and Beam Lock® systems to give you the upper hand in any situation—with dynamic transitions between BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam and Ultra View Flood Beam. Shine bright with 1000 lumens and a beam distance of 259 meters (849 feet), plus high and low output modes. With a max run time of 11 hours on a single charge, this Rechargeable-Dual Power light can run on either a COAST ZITHION-X™ lithium ion rechargeable battery or alkaline batteries. The Flex Charge™ system and PRO-TEK Charging Port make it easy to charge the battery inside or outside the light, and the anti-roll lanyard loop on the tail cap ensures that your flashlight never gets away. Built from top-grade aluminum, the HP8R is storm proof and dust resistant—prepared for long nights under brutal conditions.

      Set the beam to stay how you like it. COAST BEAM LOCK® technology makes our SLIDE FOCUS® system even more valuable, with the option to lock the beam in place on spot, flood, or anywhere in between. Twisting the head of the light to the left locks the beam in place, and twisting it back to the right releases the slide mechanism back into motion.
