This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Non-ZXAA or ZXAAA Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) is not included in the guarantee.

Class 1, Division 1 is classified as the most volatile hazardous environment. Class 1 is an environment where flammable gasses, vapors, or liquids are present; and Division 1 means the gasses or vapors are present at sufficient concentrations to be an explosion hazard.
