  1. :

I got this today. I have a lot of knives, the size is great, the heft is great, the locking blade is fine I had a sodbuster close on my fingers so I always opt for locking. Mine came sharp. the thumb stud works fine but barely you have to push at an angle . I see zero problem w/ it but it is close to the handle. which is metal and rough and gives a great grip, outstanding even. It aint light. In it’s way it’s as great as my puma prince. This is quite a knife!

I bought this knife few days ago. It looks great and well made. Plastic on the handle is too hard but it is normal for this kind of knife. The size is good for hand.

  3. :

Got this for a Christmas present. I like the knife overall but I have a couple gripes. First is the thumb studs. They are so close to the handle when closed that they are almost useless for opening until you get the blade open a little bit. I don’t have big hands and I cannot get my thumb between the stud and frame. The second is the blade. It came incredibly dull, as if it was intended for the user to put their own edge on, and to boot, I cannot get the thing sharp. When I look at the blade edge one side is ground higher than the other and it has a lip on it. I don’t expect a ton from a knife at this price point and I can live with the way the thumb studs are, but it would be nice to be able to get it sharp.
On the plus side, the handle is nice, good texture and grip, and the blade locks up nicely with no play. The double lock is a nice feature as well.
