This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Non-ZXAA or ZXAAA Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) is not included in the guarantee.

The Shift exchange-blade knife is the essence of multi-purpose, featuring a patented swap-out system for different blade styles that mount securely into the red or grey handle. Use the razor-style utility blade for the most abrasive cuts, but easily switch to your drop point blade for skinning and general-purpose knifework using the intuitive blade-release system. And don’t forget the gut hook—to simplify field dressing with a single knife. For safety during use, this all-around workhorse automatically engages its liner lock whenever the blade is open. For twice the safety of wet hands or when applying full pressure to the blade, simply slide the Double Lock mechanism forward. The included sheath provides for convenient carry at the hip with a storage system for extra blades—so that your cutting options are always available but never lost when you’re on the move. A stainless steel pocket clip offers a second way to carry the knife, and thumb studs on both sides of the blade ensure easy opening whether you’re righty or lefty.

      One blade, twice the safety. During standard use, the Liner-Lock automatically engages and locks the blade open. But when you need to make more rugged cuts, push the Double Lock switch forward to block the Liner-Lock from possibly disengaging and allowing the blade to close on your hand. Adjust the safety detent-action (which controls how easily the knife closes) with the tension screw on the side of the knife.
