COAST warranties its COAST knives, tools, COAST LED Flashlights/Headlamps and ZITHION-X AA/AAA Batteries to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Non-ZXAA or ZXAAA Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) is not included in the guarantee.

Brighten the burliest jobs. The FL86R  headlamp is COAST’s boldest rechargeable-powered headlamp, ideal for hands-free illumination under the house, out in the field, or anywhere in between. This six-mode beast peaks at 1250 lumens with a beam length of 240 meters, controlled by a COAST-patented PURE BEAM® optic with TWIST FOCUS™ for seamless transitions between Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam. For low-glare and low-detectability, the FL86R also features red and green LEDs. The COAST Ultra-Strap—a silicone-lined, non-slip breathable mesh band with an integrated buckle—allows the headlamp to be worn, hung, or strapped to structures for lighting convenience. Equipped with COAST Rechargeable Power technology, the FL86R runs on an embedded COAST ZITHION™ rechargeable battery. Constructed from top-grade materials, the FL86R is IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant.

      Rugged enough for the outside of the hardhat. COAST headlamps with Hardhat Compatible design include clips for attaching the light to the hat.

      Stay visible in the dark. Some COAST headlamps feature a Reflective Strap to increase safety and ensure user visibility in low light.

      Versatility to meet broad needs. The Tri-Color Beam combines white, red, and green beams into a single device. High-powered LEDs deliver all-white light for general use, red light for anti-glare and signaling, and green light for tracking.
